You will not become a perfect parent.
Good. Your child does not need a performance. They need a human who can notice, take responsibility, repair and return.
Two ways into the work.
Begin with one honest room—or stay for twelve weeks and build the practice into real family life. Neither route promises perfection. Both make space for a more regulated, responsible adult.
This Workshop Will Not Make You a Perfect Parent.
A live, interactive introduction to the nervous system behind the parenting reaction—and the way back to connection without abandoning boundaries.
- 90 minutes
- Athens or online
- Greek or English
Understanding is useful. Practice changes things.
A small parent circle for people who want time, continuity and support while turning knowledge into a different way of responding.
- 12 weekly meetings · 60 minutes
- Up to 10 participants
- In person or online
You have a nervous system too.
You can read every parenting book, know every correct phrase and still lose your mind because someone has put one wet towel on the floor for the 847th time.
That does not make you a bad parent. What you do next still matters.
Not advice. A way back.
Choose a moment. We begin inside the adult, move through the reaction and return to the relationship—without pretending boundaries disappeared while we were learning about feelings.
Before the reaction
Learn to recognise activation in your own body before demanding regulation from the smallest nervous system in the room.
Twelve weeks. Real life included.
This is not professional training and it is not therapy. It is a guided parent-coaching programme where we understand patterns, practise regulation, work with boundaries and return to the relationship after difficult moments.
Included: lifetime access to the English-language JAI parent learning material used during our work together, with video, theory, PDFs and exercises—so you can return to it after the twelve weeks end. Participants also receive a closing eBook created for the programme.
The first conversation is free. We meet, look at what you need and decide whether this circle is the right room for you.
Ask about the next circle ↗How human are you today?
*Not remotely scientific. Deeply accurate.
Move the slider to your current parenting condition.
Less performance.
More capacity.
A map
For understanding what happens in your body before the parenting script leaves the building.
A pause
Not always. Not magically. But often enough to create another possible response.
A return route
Because rupture is human. Repair is a skill. And love does not require a spotless record.
The goal is not to remain calm forever. It is to notice, take responsibility, repair and return.

Come as the parent you actually are.
Tell me whether you are interested in the signature workshop or the twelve-week circle. No judgement, no magic phrases and absolutely no promise that your child will start putting the wet towel where it belongs.
