Schools & Educators
Understanding behaviour changes what becomes possible in the classroom.
A child’s behaviour is not a character report. It is information about development, capacity, safety, stress, connection and what that child can manage in that moment. Educators already know that every classroom has its own living, shifting dynamic. The work begins by respecting that reality.
I work with schools and educators through talks, practical workshops, classroom tools and pilot programmes. The aim is not to give teachers one more impossible standard to meet. It is to offer language, understanding and material they can adapt to the children actually sitting in front of them.
